Breast is one of the most important parts of sexual identity and difference for women. The ideal size and shape of the breast; differs depending on features such as cultural characteristics and woman’s body structure. All patients who are not satisfied with breast size or structure are candidates for breast augmentation surgery. The surgery is performed under general anaesthesia and the surgery time is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

Mild pain may occur after the surgery. The pain, which varies according to the placement of the breast prosthesis, like on the muscle or under the muscle, gradually decreases after the first 1-2 days following the operation and goes of within a few days.
